Jacinda Kate Laurell Ardern, the 40 th  prime minister of New Zealand is the most popular new- age role model and the youngest female Prime Minister of New Zealand.  She has managed to win the second term as New Zealand’s prime minster with maximum number of votes.

She has gained lot of popularity around the world for successfully handling many crises during her tenure. Her leadership traits are different from other leaders as she focuses on “we” and not “I”, she believes in kindness, compassion, values equality in every form, she is honest, authentic and undoubtedly multi-tasking.
